Expect isolated snow showers over North and Central ZTL overnight with IFR conditions possible in the heaviest showers. Otherwise expect mostly low-VFR/MVFR conditions in SCT/BKN015-070 clouds. Surface winds will be southwest to northwest 4-12kts with 15-25kt gusts, mostly over GA/SC and the mountains. Flight Hazards: LGT-MOD turbulence at all altitudes and LGT-MOD rime/mixed icing below 130. Altimeters are at or above 29.92ins west of an HCH-DBN line, and will rise to or above 29.92ins west of a GZG-ODF-CAE line by 06-09z. Ceilings below 050 are expected in all areas.
