A cold front will move into NW ZTL, producing scattered to widespread thunderstorms over TN/NC/N AL through the afternoon with isolated coverage in GA/C AL. Cells will move east at 5-15kts. Expect mostly VFR conditions with patchy MVFR/low-VFR ceilings over the Carolinas. Surface winds will be south to southeast at 5-10kts. Flight Hazards outside convection: LGT-MOD Turbulence above FL220 over N ZTL. Altimeters will remain above 29.92ins over all ZTL. CIGS/VIS below 050/5SM are expected in ZTL Areas 1/2 thru the period.
