AND SURROUNDING OFFSHORE WATERS OF THE ISLAND CHAIN. MOVEMENT OF THE
ACTIVITY WILL BE TOWARD THE NORTH NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 KNOTS. OVER
LAND...ALL THE FLORIDA KEYS WILL RECEIVE LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL.
THE STRONGER CELLS WILL BE FOUND ON THE OUTER WATERS OF MAINLAND
MONROE...AS WELL AS THE NEARSHORE AND OFFSHORE WATERS SOUTH OF THE
LOWER KEYS. STRONGER CELLS WILL DELIVER WIND GUSTS OF 25 TO 30
KNOTS...CUT VISIBILITY TO BELOW 4 MILES IN MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN
AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKES.
