THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS: THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS
SOUTH FLORIDA TODAY. THE MAIN THREATS WILL BE HEAVY RAIN AND CLOUD
TO GROUND LIGHTNING.

FLOODING: THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR URBAN FLOODING TODAY, MAINLY
IN THE EAST COAST METRO AREAS, THAT HAVE ALREADY RECIEVED HEAVY
RAIN OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE WILL COMBINE WITH A FRONTAL BOUNDARY,
CURRENTLY STALLED ACROSS CENTRAL SOUTH FLORIDA, TO PRODUCE HEAVY
RAINFALL EACH DAY THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE FLORIDA KEYS AND
ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS OVERNIGHT. THE PRIMARY THUNDERSTORM HAZARD
WILL BE LIGHTNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE FLORIDA KEYS AND
ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. THE PRIMARY
THUNDERSTORM HAZARDS WILL BE LIGHTNING AND LOCAL WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO
45 MPH.

SEVERAL EPISODES OF RAIN ARE EXPECTED WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. RAIN
MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES...WITH PONDING OF WATER AND MINOR STREET
FLOODING POSSIBLE IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW-LYING AREAS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MAY BE REQUIRED FOR FLORIDA KEYS COASTAL
WATERS ANYTIME BETWEEN THURSDAY AND SUNDAY. HOWEVER...THE MOST LIKELY
TIME FRAME FOR SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY ISSUANCE WILL BE FRIDAY NIGHT AND
SATURDAY.
