.MOISTURE AND COLD TEMPERATURES ASSOCIATED WITH A TROUGH NEAR THE
BIG ISLAND WILL CONTINUE TO BRING SNOWFALL AND FREEZING FOG
ACROSS THE BIG ISLAND SUMMITS THROUGH TONIGHT. THE COMBINATION OF
HAZARDS WILL MAKE TRAVELING TO THE SUMMITS DANGEROUS.

* ACCUMULATIONS....NEW SNOW AMOUNTS UP TO 3 INCHES.

* TIMING...THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL TO THE SUMMITS...EITHER ON FOOT OR BY
  VEHICLE...WILL BE DANGEROUS OVER THE WEEKEND.

* WINDS...WEST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH LOCALIZED GUSTS OVER 20 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 20S.

* VISIBILITIES...UNDER A HALF MILE AT TIMES IN CLOUDS...FREEZING
