* VISIBILITY...DROPPING BELOW A QUARTER OF A MILE IN SOME AREAS.

* TIMING...FOG LASTING THROUGH NOON.

* IMPACTS...LOW TO NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY IN DENSE FOG WILL CREATE
  EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY FOR
  MOTORISTS DRIVING IN THE PHOENIX METRO AS WELL AS ALONG
  INTERSTATES 8 AND 10 OUTSIDE OF THE PHOENIX METRO.

DESERTS THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING HOURS TODAY. MANY
LOCATIONS WILL EXPERIENCE VISIBILITIES BELOW 3 MILES...AND SCATTERED
LOCATIONS WILL SEE VISIBILITIES FALLING WELL BELOW ONE QUARTER OF A
MILE. THE DENSE FOG AND LOW VISIBILITIES WILL LEAD TO VERY HAZARDOUS
DRIVING CONDITIONS THIS MORNING...AFFECTING MOTORISTS DRIVING IN THE
GREATER PHOENIX METROPOLITAN AREA.

LINGERING MOISTURE AND WET GROUND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN AREAS
OF LOW CLOUDS AND FOG ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHEASTERN ARIZONA THIS
MORNING AND POTENTIALLY AGAIN TONIGHT. IN PARTICULAR...AREAS ALONG
AND ADJACENT TO THE MOGOLLON RIM AND WHITE MOUNTAINS...AS WELL AS
VALLEYS OF NORTHEAST ARIZONA...WILL BE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO LOCALLY
DENSE FOG.
