THE COMBINATION OF DRY AIR AND WINDS OF 5 TO 10 MPH WILL RESULT IN
ENHANCED WILDFIRE DANGER THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.
ANY OPEN BURNING WILL BE POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS AND IS DISCOURAGED. IN
ADDITION...KENTUCKY STATE LAW PROHIBITS BURNING WITHIN 150 FEET OF
WOODLAND OR BRUSH LAND BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6 AM AND 6 PM DURING THIS
TIME OF YEAR. DUE TO THE VERY DRY CONDITIONS...BE CAREFUL NOT TO
DISCARD CIGARETTES IN AREAS WHERE THEY COULD START A FIRE.

FOR THE WESTERN AND NORTHERN BALTIMORE SUBURBS. THE COMBINATION
OF GUSTY WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND LOW FUEL MOISTURE WILL
ENHANCE THE THREAT FOR THE SPREAD OF WILDFIRES ACROSS PORTIONS OF
NORTHEASTERN MARYLAND.
