DENSE FOG WILL BE COVERING PORTIONS OF THE PIEDMONT OF
VIRGINIA...AND NORTH CAROLINA....NORTHWEST INTO THE MOUNTAINS OF
SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA...AND SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA. THE RIVER
VALLEYS AND LOW LYING AREAS WILL HAVE MORE FOG THAN OTHER
LOCATIONS. MOTORISTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO LEAVE EARLIER TO ALLOW FOR
SLOWER TRAVELING. RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY CAN OCCUR OVER
SMALL DISTANCES. THE FOG WILL BE LIFTING AND DISSIPATING AROUND
