THREAT WITH THESE STORMS. HOWEVER...A FEW STORMS COULD PRODUCE
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND LARGE HAIL. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT AN
ORGANIZED LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS COULD DEVELOP OVER THE OHIO VALLEY
OR EASTERN KENTUCKY EARLY THIS EVENING. STEERING WINDS COULD
BRING THE STORMS ACROSS WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA DURING THE MID TO
LATE EVENING HOURS. IF THIS SCENARIO DEVELOPS...THE POTENTIAL FOR
DAMAGING WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN NORTH
