BETWEEN THE STRENGTHENING LOW PRESSURE OFFSHORE AND HIGH PRESSURE
BUILDING IN FROM THE WEST RESULTING IN GALE FORCE WINDS FOR ALL
OF THE EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA COASTAL WATERS INCLUDING THE
SOUNDS. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 30 TO 40 KNOTS WITH A FEW
GUSTS NEAR STORM STRENGTH LATE SATURDAY NIGHT AND CONTINUE SUNDAY.
