LOW PRESSURE TO PRODUCE PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN, ESPECIALLY NEAR
COASTAL SECTIONS OF NORTH CAROLINA TONIGHT AND THROUGH MUCH OF
WEDNESDAY. 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE WATCH AREA
