* ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCUMULATING A TRACE TO A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF
  AN INCH.

* TEMPERATURES...HIGHS IN THE LOWER 30S THIS AFTERNOON. AROUND 30
  TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...FREEZING DRIZZLE MIXED WITH SOME LIGHT SNOW AT TIMES
  CAN CREATE SLICK SPOTS ON UNTREATED SURFACES.

* WINDS AND WAVES: WEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 KNOTS WILL SLOWLY
  DECREASE. WAVES OF 4 TO 6 FEET WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE TO 3 TO 5
  FEET THIS AFTERNOON AND 2 TO 4 FEET TONIGHT.
