RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW THROUGH THE ADIRONDACKS DURING THE
EVENING. A LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED. IF CONFIDENCE
INCREASES FOR A WIDESPREAD MODERATE SNOWFALL TO HAPPEN A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY MIGHT BE ISSUED.

CONNECTICUT...WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS...EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK AND
SOUTHERN VERMONT.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

THE COMBINATION OF RAINFALL AND TEMPERATURES ABOVE FREEZING MIGHT
STILL PRODUCE A LOCALIZED ICE JAM ON RIVERS MAINLY FROM INTERSTATE
90 SOUTH. HOWEVER THIS THREAT QUITE LOW. SOME RIVERS FROM MOHAWK
BASIN SOUTHWARD COULD REACH NEAR BANKFULL BUT NO FLOODING IS
EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

SOUTH AND EAST OF A JOHNSTOWN...STATE COLLEGE...WILLIAMSPORT LINE.
SOME SNOW MAY MIX WITH THE RAIN AT TIMES WEST OF ROUTE 99. THE
PATCHES OF RAIN ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
