FALL HEAVY AT TIMES. RIVER LEVELS ARE CURRENTLY LOW...BUT EXPECTED
AVERAGE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 1.5" WILL CAUSE GRADUAL RISES ON
MAIN STEM RIVERS TODAY. MINOR NUISANCE FLOODING IS POSSIBLE
ESPECIALLY IN AREAS THAT RECEIVED RAINFALL YESTERDAY.

A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS COULD DEVELOP ACROSS EASTERN VERMONT
