BEHIND A COLD FRONT ON CHRISTMAS EVE NIGHT. WINDS MAY GUST TO 60
MPH OVERNIGHT WITH A HIGH WIND WATCH POSSIBLY NEEDED IN LATER
FORECAST UPDATES.
