WFO TAE 12KM and 04KM WRF-ARW

The 12km and 4km runs are from the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF)
model utilizing the
WRF Environmental Modeling System (EMS, Version 3.1).

The specific model core used for these simulations is the Advanced Research WRF (ARW).

This configuration is set up as a 2-way nest with a 12km outer domain and a 4km
resolution inner domain. Both runs simulate 55 vertical levels.

Simulations are initialized with the 13km RUC (Rapid Update Cycle).
Parent 12km ARW Model recieves boundary conditions from the NCEP NAM218
