  • Once window opens, click on "File"
  • Click "Save as..."
  • Click on "Desktop" icon (saves to desktop)
    		•  To paste a graphic product into a PowerPoint file...
  • Insert a new slide
  • Open desired graphic in your web browser
  • Right click on graphic
  • Choose "Copy"
  • Return to PowerPoint slide
  • Paste graphic in slide using the "Paste" icon
  • Repeat steps as necessary to create your briefing
  • Please credit NOAA/NWS for graphics

    Using this procedure, Emergency Managers can quickly create a presentation for briefing purposes.
