            PUSHED WATER OVER HIGHWAY 279 SOUTH OF CARYVILLE. 
            FLOODING WAS OBSERVED ALONG HOLMES CREEK, AND AT EBRO AND
            NEW HOPE. AT LEASTY A DOZEN HOMES WERE IMPACTED. IN 
            CARYVILLE, THE POST OFFICE AND CITY HALL WERE CLOSED. THE
            VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT AND WORK CAMP WERE RELOCATED.

            SOME EVACUATIONS REPORTED.

            THE STEELFIELD AND BUNKER COMMUNITIES. SEVERAL HOMES WERE
            AFFECTED. THE RIVER CRESTED AT 20.5 FT ON APRIL 2ND.

            MINOR TO MODERATE FLOODING ALONG THE FLINT RIVER AFFECTED
            SEVERAL DOZEN HOMES IN THE RADIUM SPRINGS, HAMPTON AND 
            LOVERS LANE AT LAKE WORTH AREAS. FIVE COUNTY ROADS WERE 
            CLOSED TO FLOODING. THE ALBANY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT 
            WAS PUMPING 62 MILLION GALLONS OF WATER DAILY SINCE THE 
            EVENT BEGAN.

            ROADS. NUMEROUS ROADS AND BRIDGES WERE CLOSED THROUGHOUT 
            THE COUNTY. AT LEAST 100 HOMES WERE FLOODED.

            WITHLACOOCHEE RIVER NEAR PINETTA CLOSED SEVERAL ROADS 
            INCLUDING HIGHWAY 145 AND COUNTY ROAD 150 EAST OF PINETTA
            AT THE BRIDGE. MANY HOMES ALONG THE RIVER WERE AFFECTED, 
            WITH EVACUATIONS ON APRIL 5TH AND 6TH. OAKHILL ROAD 
            FLOODED AT 65 FT. SEVERAL UNPAVED ROADS WERE FLOODED. AN 
            ELDERLY MAN ATTEMPTING TO EVACUATE HIS HOME LATE IN THE 
            EVENING OF APRIL 5TH DROWNED NEAR THE BLUE SPRINGS BOAT 
            RAMP.

            OCHLOCKONEE RIVER AFFECTED SIX HOMES FROM CURTIS MILL 
            ROAD TO JUST NORTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 319. FLOODING ALONG 
            SMITH CREEK AFFECTED TWO HOMES.

            SURROUNDED THE COURTHOUSE AND THREE VACANT BUILDINGS. THE
            RIVER CRESTED AT 32 FT ON APRIL 5TH.

            MINOR TO MODERATE FLOODING WAS OBSERVED ALONG THE FLINT 
            RIVER. RUNOFF FROM THE TWIN LAKES, LAKE DOUGLAS AND 
            SLOUGH FLOODED 25 MOBILE HOMES IN THE SLOUGH LOOP 
            SUBDIVISION FIVE MILES NORTH OF BAINBRIDGE, BETWEEN 
            HIGHWAYS 97 AND 309. TWO HOMES WERE CUT OFF BY HIGH WATER
            ON YATES SPRINGS ROAD.
