23RD WHEN THE TEMPERATURE DROPPED TO 20 DEGREES. THERE WERE 13 DAYS
WITH MINIMUM TEMPERATURES AT OR BELOW THE FREEZING MARK WHICH WAS 2
ABOVE NORMAL.

RAINFALL AT THE TALLAHASSEE REGIONAL AIRPORT FOR JANUARY MEASURED
