Cumulus Congestus. In cumulus clouds, the active form of the cloud is composed of many convective cells producing cauliflower appearence. The base of the clouds are generally flat as that represents the level at which the rising air has cooled enough for condensation to occur. Showers may fall from cumulus clouds.
