Despite the over abundance of rain we often receive, the atmosphere contains very little of the earth's total water supply. Only 0.001% of the earth’s water supply is found in the atmosphere. The vast majority of water is found in the oceans (approximately 97.2%). So while the rain may dampen your outdoor fun, it is usually very welcome.
