PRODUCT: Record Report (RER)

PURPOSE: The RER is a routine or non-routine product dealing primarily with observed data for special application. It may be either in tabular or narrative form or a combination of the two. A RER is used to report meteorological or hydrological events that equal or exceed existing records.
CHANGES: None anticipated.
COMMENTS: Section 4.4.1 shows examples of events that should be reported as data availability allows.
