PURPOSE: To inform fishermen of regulatory changes in policy issued by the National Marine Fisheries Service.

CHANGES: None.

COMMENTS: These messages are broadcast on NWR in accordance with a MOA between the NMFS and NWS. Upon receiving these messages, coastal offices with NWR programing responsibilities should follow the instructions provided.
