TOPIC: Labor Management Relations (LMR)
REFERENCE: Current NWS-NWSEO Negotiated Agreement. Also, the current NWS-NWSEO Quality Through Partnership (QTP) Agreement.
PARTICIPANTS: All NWS employees.
PURPOSE: To provide guidance for both management and labor.
CHANGES: The Negotiated Agreement date of execution 1/11/95. The current QTP is the first edition.
COMMENTS: The QTP Agreement provides guidance on establishing various levels of partnership councils.
