REEFERENCE: ROML filed with WSOM Chapter D-51
PURPOSE: This program is intended to give participants firsthand experience with life at sea and the critical role that weather plays in the marine environment.
CHANGES: The ROML with D-51 sets out Southern Region's formal guidelines for the program.
COMMENTS: All eligible personnel are encouraged participate in the program. Individuals may request to stay on board ship the day before departure for convenience and to defer cost.
