Mr. Kelly has been the Cooperative Weather Observer in Moulton, Alabama for nearly 40 years, and has no plans to stop now! John is a retired Newspaper Production Manager whose hobbies include gardening, fishing, and of course, weather. Mr. Kelly has been a member of the First United Methodist Church of Moulton for 54 years, serving the church in almost every capacity during that time. John and his wife Mary recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
