Remarks:
Prime datalogger failed on 2/9 and was repaired by the afternoon of 2/13. Measureable precipition occured during the data outage but the
exact amount is uncertain but approximately 0.20 inches for the whole outage period. In addition the low temperature on 2/13 may be too warm
as only about half of the data was sampled. This may impact the temperature statistics.
