Remarks:
Rain gauge is malfunctioning. Measureable precipitation fell on 8/28 almost certainly in excess of 0.10 inch. Gauge may have been underestimating
since late July or early August. Repair order is in the works.
Year-to-date rainfall is underestimated due to data outage in February.
