Remarks:
Waterspout observed from JSC offshore of Kemah on June 6. Hurricane Rita made landfall near TX/LA state line
during the early morning hours of September 24. Winds gusted to 68 mph three times during the month which is
the maximum measurement since SMG began recording the readings in 2000.
