Observer Appreciation Day

The National Weather Service, with the support of the State Office of Emergency Managers of Puerto Rico (PREMA), will be inviting our official volunteer observers to participate in an Observer Appreciation Day. This is meant to recognize the hard work our volunteer observers do for us on a daily basis. This event will be held on April 5th, 2008 at 10:00 am at the National Weather Service facilities in Carolina, PR. We will soon be mailing you a formal invitation to this event.
