Monthly Summary

June 2013 turned out to be the fourth wettest June on record at the San Juan Area, and the fifth wettest at Cyril E. King Airport/Saint Thomas, which was indicative of continued deep moisture transport and general troughiness over the area. Normally, June is a transition between the normally wet month of May, and drier weather before the peak of hurricane season. This was not the case in 2013.
