...Richland Springs NOAA Weather Radio Transmitter Offline...

The Richland Springs (WWG-94) NOAA Weather Radio All Hazards Broadcast transmitted at 162.525 MHz remains
offline. This is due to problems with the transmitter itself. Technicians have been working at the site
and have had the transmitter operational periodically but we do not have an estimated time on when the
output will be stable.

In the Meantime, some areas coveraged by the Richland Springs transmitter may be able to receive limited
coverage from surrounding transmitters. Some surrounding sites and frequencies are listed below. We
apologize for any inconvenience.

 

For Mills, northern McCulloch, and northern San Saba Counties:

 162.475 MHz - Coleman (WXN-89)

For Western Mason County:

162.475 MHz - Junction (WWG-93)

For Eastern Mason, southern McCulloch, and southern San Saba Counties:

162.425 MHz - Llano (WWF-91)
