FROM NEW LONDON TO 6 MILES WEST OF MAYDELLE...OR ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF HENDERSON TO 14 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF JACKSONVILLE...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
