Damage in Claiborne parish: Approximately 25 homes and/or mobile homes were damaged or destroyed. Numerous trees were twisted, broken, or uprooted.

Damage in Union county: Numerous homes and other structures heavily damaged or completely destroyed along its 24 mile track. Numerous trees were also twisted, snapped, or uprooted. Other damage were several vehicles thrown and tossed around, a school bus overturned and an area of trees that were leveled as if clear cut.

Below is a Radar Velocity Signature of the F3 tornado in Union county Arkansas. The green and light blue pixels are wind toward the radar site, while the orange and red colors are wind away form the radar site. The radar site is located to the southwest in Shreveport. The most intense wind velocities are the light blue pixel and the light tan color which are gate to gate.
