NATIONAL PARK SERVICE...THE TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE
DEPARTMENT...THE NATURE CONSERVANCY...THE UNITED STATES FOREST
SERVICE...AND THE TEXAS A&M FOREST SERVICE...THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE IN SHREVEPORT LOUISIANA WILL BE ISSUING RED FLAG WARNING AND
FIRE WEATHER WATCH PRODUCTS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING NEW CRITERIA.

GENERATED FROM THE TEXAS A&M FOREST SERVICE.

THIS CHANGE IN CRITERIA FOR THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH AND RED FLAG WARNING
PRODUCTS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED ON AUGUST 1ST 2013 AND WILL RUN AS A TRIAL
PROGRAM FOR TWO YEARS.

THIS CHANGE ONLY AFFECTS THE EAST TEXAS COUNTIES SERVED BY THE NATIONAL
WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE IN SHREVEPORT LOUISIANA. THESE COUNTIES INCLUDE
RED RIVER...BOWIE...FRANKLIN...TITUS...MORRIS...CASS...CAMP...WOOD...
UPSHUR...MARION...HARRISON...GREGG...SMITH...RUSK...PANOLA...CHEROKEE...
NACOGDOCHES...SHELBY...ANGELINA...SAN AUGUSTINE...AND SABINE.
