Tornado path in La Salle and Caldwell parishes on November 23, 2004.
Damage in La Salle parish: La Salle High School sustained roof damage. Approximately 90 homes and/or mobile homes were heavily damaged or destroyed in and around Olla. Numerous trees were twisted, broken, or uprooted.
Injuries: 15 to 20
Fatalities: 1
Tornado rating: F3 (158 to 205 MPH)

Damage in Caldwell parish: This was the continuation of the tornado in northern La Salle parish. 24 to 36 homes were damaged. Numerous trees were twisted, snapped, or uprooted.
Injuries: Unknown
Tornado rating
: F2 (113 - 157 MPH)
