THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WESTERN AND CENTRAL WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE WESTERN MOUNTAINS AND
VALLEYS...ESPECIALLY DURING THE DAY. STRONG WINDS ACROSS PORTIONS OF
CENTRAL WYOMING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

SUNDAY...VERY STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
WYOMING ON SUNDAY.  AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW OVER THE
NORTHERN MOUNTAINS.

TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT...SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL POSSIBLE IN THE
WESTERN AND NORTHERN MOUNTAINS. AREAS OF STRONG WEST WINDS.

RIVER BASIN AND JOHNSON COUNTY ON SUNDAY...

.STRONG SOUTHWEST FLOW AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING STORM SYSTEM WILL
LIKELY CAUSE WINDS TO GUST IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH TODAY IN THE CODY
FOOTHILLS...SOUTHEASTERN FREMONT COUNTY AND NATRONA COUNTY.
NORTHWEST FLOW BEHIND A COLD FRONT ON SUNDAY MAY CAUSE HIGH WIND

A HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MST TONIGHT.

* SUMMARY AND TIMING...A VERY STRONG TO DAMAGING WIND EPISODE IS
  CURRENTLY OCCURRING AROUND CLARK A WIND SENSOR ON THE WEST SIDE
  OF TOWN HAS BEEN REPORTING WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 85 AND 100 MPH
  SINCE 4 AM THIS MORNING. EVEN THE EAST SIDE OF CLARK NEAR
  HIGHWAY 120 RECENTLY GUSTED TO 58 MPH AT 612 AM MST THIS
  MORNING. THESE  VERY STRONG WINDS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE AT TIMES
  FOR A FEW MORE HOURS BEFORE DECREASING SOME DURING THE DAY BUT
  STILL REMAINING IN THE HIGH WIND CATEGORY. ANOTHER VERY STRONG
  EPISODE MAY DEVELOP EARLY THIS EVENING.

* WIND...WEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 60 MPH AT ANY TIME.
  UNTIL 8 AM THIS MORNING...WINDS AROUND CLARK WILL GUST BETWEEN
  80 AND 100 MPH AND POSSIBLY AGAIN THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...VERY STRONG WINDS WILL IMPEDE TRAVEL FOR LIGHT AND
  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TODAY BETWEEN CODY AND CLARK...
  ESPECIALLY ACROSS PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY 120. PLEASE CHECK FOR
  CLOSURES AND ADVISORIES BEFORE ATTEMPTING TRAVEL IN THIS AREA.
  IN ADDITION... OBJECTS KEPT OUTDOORS MAY BE DAMAGED OR BLOWN
  AROUND BY THE WIND...TAKE TIME TO SECURE LOOSE OBJECTS IF
  POSSIBLE.

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR GUSTS
OF 58 MPH OR MORE CAN LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE.
