* HAZARDS: SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS: UP TO 1 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* TEMPERATURES: FALLING INTO THE LOWER 30S TONIGHT.

* TIMING: RAIN WILL MIX WITH AND CHANGE TO SNOW BY LATE THIS
  EVENING...AND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MIDDAY TUESDAY.
