THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE WESTERN TWO THIRDS OF
UTAH AND SOUTHWEST WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

GUSTY SOUTH WINDS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF UTAH TODAY...AND
COMBINED WITH LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS FIRE
WEATHER CONDITIONS TODAY.

MOISTURE WILL INCREASE FROM THE SOUTH TODAY...RESULTING IN
INCREASED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY. SOME OF THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE DRY...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY
WINDS...AND POTENTIALLY STARTING NEW FIRES. HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE
POSSIBLE FOR THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING...ESPECIALLY IN
SOUTHEAST UTAH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL PRIMARILY REMAIN OVER
SOUTHERN AND EASTERN UTAH THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK...BEFORE
MOISTURE RETURNS TO MOST OF THE AREA FOR THE BEGINNING OF NEXT
WEEK.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

WEATHER SPOTTERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REPORT SIGNIFICANT WEATHER
CONDITIONS ACCORDING TO STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES.
