THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE WESTERN TWO THIRDS OF
UTAH AND SOUTHWEST WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A MOIST PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO CROSS THE OUTLOOK
AREA DURING THE UPCOMING WEEKEND. GUSTY WINDS WILL DEVELOP OVER
MUCH OF THE AREA FRIDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...AND BECOME LOCALLY
STRONG OVER THE WEST ON SATURDAY. MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED AREA WIDE BY SUNDAY AND ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL IS LIKELY
IN THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL MOUNTAINS LATE SATURDAY THROUGH
SUNDAY. RAIN MAY MIX WITH SNOW AT TIMES DOWN TO THE VALLEY FLOORS
OF WESTERN UTAH SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY WITH LOCAL
ACCUMULATION POSSIBLE ABOVE ABOUT 5000 FEET. ACCUMULATING SNOW
COULD LOCALLY REACH THE VALLEY FLOOR SOUTHEAST OF THE GREAT SALT
LAKE.
