THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR DEEP SOUTH TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

HEAT IMPACT...
HEAT INDEX VALUES BETWEEN 105 AND 108 DEGREES ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE THROUGH SUNSET.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

HEAT IMPACT...
HEAT INDEX VALUES IN EXCESS OF 101 DEGREES WILL GENERALLY BE
POSSIBLE AFTER 10 AM THROUGH THE UPCOMING WEEKEND ACROSS MUCH OF
DEEP SOUTH TEXAS AND THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY. HEAT INDICES IN
EXCESS OF 105 DEGREES WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG THE INTERSTATE 2 AND
HIGHWAY 83 CORRIDOR WEDNESDAY...AND ACROSS THE ENTIRE REGION
SATURDAY.

ACTIVATION OF STORM SPOTTER GROUPS...HAM RADIO OPERATORS...AND
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE NEEDED.
