TO MOVE NORTHWEST AT 30 MPH ACROSS MUCH OF DEEP SOUTH TEXAS AND
THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE
HALF AN INCH ALONG WITH WIND GUSTS TO 35 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED IN
THE STRONGER STORMS.
