THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH TEXAS AND THE MIDDLE
TEXAS COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
TODAY AND TONIGHT ACROSS SOUTH TEXAS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT
EXPECTED AT THIS TIME...BUT A FEW STRONG STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE.

THERE IS A MODERATE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS TODAY ALONG GULF FACING
BEACHES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES BETWEEN 105 AND 109 DEGREES WILL BE POSSIBLE
ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTH TEXAS NEARLY EACH AFTERNOON.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE EACH DAY THROUGH THE
WEEK...ESPECIALLY DURING THE AFTERNOON.

MODERATE RISK FOR RIP CURRENTS WILL BE POSSIBLE THURSDAY ALONG THE
GULF FACING BEACHES

AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. THROUGH 7 PM CDT...RAINFALL AMOUNTS
WILL GENERALLY BE LESS THAN A QUARTER OF AN INCH. HOWEVER...IF A
THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPS...HEAVY DOWNPOURS FROM THE THUNDERSTORMS CAN
APPROACH AN INCH AN HOUR. MARINERS OVER THE MIDDLE TEXAS GULF
WATERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR A BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY SHOWER AS
WELL.
