THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

ISOLATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF LOCALIZED WIND GUSTS TO
50 MPH...SMALL HAIL...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS WILL BE POSSIBLE MID
AFTERNOON THROUGH THE EVENING FOR AREAS ALONG AND WEST OF A
CARRIZO SPRINGS TO LLANO LINE.

IF LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS AFFECT EAST TRAVIS...WILLIAMSON AND
BASTROP COUNTIES...ADDITIONAL LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING COULD
OCCUR QUICKLY FROM ALREADY SATURATED GROUNDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

THERE IS A MARGINAL TO SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE WEATHER WEST OF THE
I 35 CORRIDOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.

A LINGERING UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS
AND POTENTIALLY STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.
STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO OCCUR MAINLY IN THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY
EVENING HOURS DURING PEAK HEATING OF THE DAY. A MORE ORGANIZED
SYSTEM MAY DEVELOP ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING WHEN A STRONG TO
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM COMPLEX COULD DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE RIO
GRANDE PLAINS. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN COULD RESULT FROM EACH ROUND
AND LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING COULD BE POSSIBLE. PLEASE STAY TUNED
FOR FURTHER UPDATES.
