  EAST CENTRAL HAYS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  SOUTH CENTRAL TRAVIS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...

* UNTIL 130 PM CDT

* AT 1100 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LITTLE BEAR CREEK AND SLAUGHTER CREEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  EAST CENTRAL HAYS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  SOUTH CENTRAL TRAVIS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...

* UNTIL 1215 PM CDT

* AT 1010 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE
  ADVISORY AREA. BETWEEN 1 AND 1 1/2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN
  EAST-CENTRAL HAYS COUNTY...NORTHWEST OF BUDA. SIMILAR RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN SOUTH-CENTRAL TRAVIS COUNTY...NEAR
  TANGLEWOOD FOREST...AS THESE STORMS MOVE NORTH INTO THE AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. FLOOD WATERS ARE USUALLY
DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

RIVER FLOODING WILL CONTINUE AT LEAST THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK. THERE
IS A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN
THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT MAINLY OVER THE WESTERN PART OF THE
AREA. OTHERWISE NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
