TO MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE HILL COUNTRY AND SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE A TRACE TO A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH.
AREAS OF FOG WILL COMBINE WITH THE PATCHY DRIZZLE TO REDUCE
VISIBILITIES TO 3 TO 5 MILES...WITH A FEW LOCATIONS FALLING TO 1
MILE OR LESS. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION IN AREAS WHERE
ROADWAYS ARE WET AND VISIBILITIES ARE LOW.
