AND SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST LOUISIANA...
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...AND EAST AND NORTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE TODAY
FROM THE LOWER TOLEDO BEND COUNTRY OF DEEP EAST TEXAS INTO THE
SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF NORTHCENTRAL LOUISIANA. BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL BE POSSIBLE BEFORE ANY REDEVELOPMENT DIMINISHES THIS EVENING.
ADDITIONAL SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAY ALSO DEVELOP
ALONG THE MIDDLE RED RIVER VALLEY THIS EVENING...AND SPREAD EAST
INTO EXTREME NORTHEAST TEXAS...SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...AND POSSIBLY
SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS LATE. BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE
SHOULD THESE STORMS AFFECT THESE AREAS LATE TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY
AND THURSDAY...AS A SERIES OF UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES MOVE
THROUGH THE REGION. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAY INCREASE IN
COVERAGE FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE DRIFTS EAST INTO THE SOUTHERN PLAINS AND FOUR STATE
REGION. DAYTIME HEATING WILL PRODUCE ENOUGH INSTABILITY SUCH
THAT ISOLATED STRONG STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS AND BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL.

FROM NEAR WASKOM...TO CARTHAGE...TO NACOGDOCHES...TO
WELLS. THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE FREQUENT LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS TO
30 OR 40 MPH...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND SMALL HAIL. THESE STORMS ARE
MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH. SHREVEPORT...TENAHA AND LUFKIN ALL LOOK
TO BE AFFECTED BY THIS LINE OVER THE NEXT HOUR. BEHIND THE
LINE...LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL CONTINUES FROM CANTON...TO TYLER...
TO GILMER AND ATLANTA. OVERALL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE ANYWHERE
FROM A TENTH OF AN INCH TO HALF INCH FROM THE LINE WITH ISOLATED
HEAVIER AMOUNTS AROUND ONE INCH FROM ANY OF THE STRONGER
THUNDERSTORMS IN THE LINE.

warning continues for
  the Neches River At Rockland, Texas.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 900 AM Tuesday The stage was 28.7 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 26 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 28.8 feet by
  Wednesday morning then begin falling.
* Impact...at 28.0 feet...Water floods several secondary
  roadways especially in the smith`s ferry community.

  the Neches River Near Diboll, Texas.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 915 AM Tuesday The stage was 15.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 15.6 feet by
  Wednesday evening then begin falling.
* Impact...at 16.0 feet...Lowland flooding will slowly decrease for
  the next several days.
