THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHERN ARKANSAS...FOR
NORTHERN LOUISIANA...FOR EASTERN TEXAS AND SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

SCATTERED TO POSSIBLY NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE TODAY WITH ISOLATED ACTIVITY TO REMAIN OVERNIGHT. ANY
MID TO LATE DAY STRONG STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GUSTY
WINDS...HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
HOWEVER...NO WIDESPREAD SEVERE THUNDERSTORM THREAT IS
EXPECTED...BUT AFTER ONLY A COUPLE OF DRY DAYS...THE GROUND IS
STILL FAIRLY WET...MAKING NEW RUNOFF QUICK TO RISE IN LOW LYING
AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
AGAIN ON FRIDAY. MEANWHILE...OUR AIR TEMPERATURES WILL LINGER IN
THE LOWER 90S WITH THE HIGH HUMIDITY KEEPING AFTERNOON HEAT
INDICES NEAR 105 OVER THE WEEKEND...BUT THEN BACK ABOVE 105 FEELS
LIKE DEGREES AGAIN FOR MUCH OF NEXT WEEK...AS OUR STORM COVERAGE
THINS OUT TO JUST ISOLATED.
