THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
ARKANSAS...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...
NORTHWEST LOUISIANA...SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...EAST TEXAS AND
NORTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

A COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
OKLAHOMA...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...AND EAST TEXAS THIS MORNING.
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE FOUR
STATE REGION THIS AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST STORMS MAY PRODUCE
GUSTY WINDS...SMALL HAIL...HEAVY DOWNPOURS...AND DANGEROUS CLOUD
TO GROUND LIGHTNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE AREAWIDE TUESDAY THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY.
THE STRONGEST STORMS ARE EXPECTED LATE TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
AS A COLD FRONT SLOWLY APPROACHES AND MOVES ACROSS THE AREA.
THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL...WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS...ARE POSSIBLE WEST OF A LINE FROM LUFKIN
TEXAS TO PRESCOTT ARKANSAS. THIS MAY INCREASE THE RISK FOR
FLOODING IN SOME LOCATIONS. THE BEST CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS
DURING THE WEEKEND WILL BE SOUTH OF THE INTERSTATE 30 CORRIDOR.

Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in
flooded rivers and bayous.

The flood warning continues for
  the Sulphur River Near Naples.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* The stage was estimated to be near 32.1 feet.
* Forecast...expect the river to remain above flood stage for
  the next five days...through the forecast period.
* Impact...at 31.0 feet...Expect flooded boat ramps and considerable
  flooding of the floodplain to above Lake Wright Patman.
