ARKANSAS...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...
NORTHWEST LOUISIANA...SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...EAST TEXAS AND
NORTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE TODAY...MAINLY ALONG I
30...AS A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES TO OUR NORTH. ASIDE
FROM FREQUENT LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS...AND BRIEF HEAVY
DOWNPOURS...NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH
WEDNESDAY ALONG AND NORTH OF I 30...AS ANOTHER WEAK FRONT DRIFTS
BY WELL TO OUR NORTH. BY THE WEEKEND...ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS MAY
PUSH UP TO ALONG I 20...AS THE TROPICAL EASTERLIES REDEVELOP
TOWARD THE WEEKEND. HOWEVER...NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT
THIS TIME.

Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in
flooded rivers and bayous.

The flood warning continues for
  the Red River Near Dekalb.
* until Thursday morning...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  1:00 PM Monday The stage was 23.8 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by after midnight tomorrow and
  continue to rise to near 24.2 feet BY tomorrow evening. The river
  will fall below flood stage by Wednesday early afternoon.
* Impact...at 24.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding and bank erosion.
  Move livestock next to the river to higher ground.

* Forecast...The river will remain near 26.3 feet.
* Impact...at 26.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding and flooded boat
  ramps.
