THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA
PANHANDLES.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING ACROSS THE
PANHANDLES...BUT ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BECOME SEVERE.
HOWEVER...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING...AND SOME STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE...WITH LARGE HAIL
AND DAMAGING WINDS THE PRIMARY HAZARDS. HEAVY RAINFALL WITH LOCALIZED
AREAS OF FLOODING OR FLASH FLOODING WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
STORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE PANHANDLES
FRIDAY THROUGH TUESDAY. SOME STORMS COULD BE STRONG TO SEVERE ON
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WITH SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS AND HEAVY RAIN
POSSIBLE. MONDAY NIGHT AND INTO TUESDAY APPEAR THE MOST LIKELY
TIMEFRAME FOR WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...AND WHILE SEVERE
WEATHER APPEARS UNLIKELY AT THIS TIME...SOME STRONG STORMS WITH GUSTY
WINDS...SMALL HAIL...AND HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE.

.NOW...
ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE SOUTHEAST AT 10 TO 20 MPH ACROSS THE PANHANDLES THIS
MORNING. THE BULK OF THE PRECIPITATION WILL BE FOCUSED ALONG AND
SOUTHEAST OF A DALHART TO GUYMON LINE. MOST OF THE SHOWER ACTIVITY
WILL BE LIGHT...WITH RAINFALL RATES OF LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH
PER HOUR. HOWEVER...LOCALLY HEAVIER AMOUNTS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE
EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS.
