  NORTHEASTERN HUTCHINSON COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS...

* AT 617 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 12 MILES EAST OF
  PRINGLE...OR 14 MILES SOUTH OF SPEARMAN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

  HAZARD...GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL AND 70 MPH WIND GUSTS.

WINDS...AND ISOLATED TORNADOES THE PRIMARY HAZARDS. IN
ADDITION...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL MAY ACCOMPANY THE STRONGEST
STORMS...WHICH COULD LEAD TO FLOODING OR FLASH FLOODING.
