ISOLATED AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE OVER THE BLACK
HILLS TODAY. WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED...HOWEVER
A STORM OR TWO COULD BECOME STRONG.
