RAINFALL AND BRIEF GUSTY WINDS DURING THE LATE MORNING AND
AFTERNOON HOURS ACROSS PUERTO RICO...CULEBRA AND VIEQUES.


.FLOODING...HEAVY RAINS COULD LEAD TO URBAN AND SMALL STREAM
FLOODING...MAINLY ACROSS NORTHERN PUERTO RICO AND IN THE GREATER
SAN JUAN METROPOLITAN AREA.

.WIND...SUSTAINED WINDS IN EXCESS OF 20 MPH EXPECTED ACROSS
THE LOCAL ATLANTIC WATERS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING
NORTH OF PUERTO RICO.

.WAVES...CHOPPY/ROUGH SEAS UP TO 5 FEET ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
THE LOCAL ATLANTIC WATERS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING

.RIP CURRENTS...THERE IS A MODERATE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS FOR MANY
LOCAL COASTLINES OF PUERTO RICO.
