AFTERNOON TO 1 AM EST WEDNESDAY...

* LOCATIONS...NORTHEASTERN MARYLAND, NORTHERN DELAWARE,
  SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA AND PARTS OF SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW, SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.

* SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN 1 INCH.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...SNOW AND SLEET WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA DURING THE
  AFTERNOON HOURS. THE SNOW AND SLEET WILL TRANSITION TO FREEZING
  RAIN THIS EVENING BEFORE CHANGING TO RAIN FOR THE OVERNIGHT
  HOURS.

* IMPACTS...UNTREATED SURFACES MAY BECOME ICY. EVEN A LIGHT
  AMOUNT OF ICE COULD LEAD TO HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

* TEMPERATURES...AROUND 30 DEGREES THIS AFTERNOON, RISING TO NEAR
  40 DEGREES TONIGHT.

THIS WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT SNOW, SLEET AND FREEZING
RAIN MAY CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS
AND LIMITED VISIBILITY. USE EXTRA CAUTION IF DRIVING.
