* IMPACTS...FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
  PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...ZERO TO 5 ABOVE ZERO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF YOU WILL BE OUTDOORS...DRESS IN LAYERS AND WEAR A HAT AND
GLOVES. YOUNG CHILDREN...THE ELDERLY AND THE  HOMELESS ARE

A STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION MONDAY AND TUESDAY. IT
COULD PRODUCE SNOW AND A WINTRY MIX. THE PRECIPITATION MAY CHANGE
TO ALL RAIN IN EASTERN AREAS. THE STORM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO
PRODUCE 3 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW AND SOME ACCUMULATING FREEZING RAIN.
